Course Aims and Objectives:
To provide students with:
- An in-depth knowledge of the nature of tourism and hospitality and its
economic consequences. Understanding of the operations, structure and culture
of the industry.
- Understanding of contemporary issues in the industry.
- Information technology skills, customer relation skills.
- The opportunity to acquire necessary skills to function in a
multi-disciplined and complex industry.
Entrance requirements:
Must have relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent overseas degree.
English Language requirements:
IELTS score at CEFR level B1 or any English Language Test certificate from the Secure English Language Test list approved by UK Border Agency equivalent to CEFR level B1. Please find the UKBA approved English Language Test list on the right menu.
Assessment:
By a single 3-hours externally set examination paper
