The Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) has worked with expert practitioners to develop two Postgraduate Diplomas in International Human Resource Management to explore IHRM issues from an international and global perspective.
These programmes have been developed in line with the QCF guidance and regulations applicable to qualifications accredited by Ofqual, the government regulator of qualifications and assessments.

Aims and Objectives
This programme aims at providing the industry specific skills and knowledge to participants and to extend and develop their transferable skills.
The main objective of this programme is to provide participants with a firm foundation upon which to formulate key business decisions in a rapidly changing world, additionally to equip participants with HRM skills enabling productive activity and progression in a wide range of application areas .
Entry Requirements
Eligible applicants will be expected to satisfy one of the following requirements:
1. A first degree in business administration or in a related subject, or
2. A first degree in other disciplines with evidence of substantial business management skills and experience, or
3. Mature students with extensive responsible employment in the business administration or management sector and have potential for postgraduate studies.
English Language requirements:
IELTS score at CEFR level B2 or any English Language Test certificate from the Secure English Language Test list approved by UK Border Agency equivalent to CEFR level B2. Please find the UKBA approved English Language Test list on the right menu.
The course consists of four core units:
Global HR Management
Human Resource Development
Managing Change in International Organisations
Managing the Implementation of new technology and working practices
Assessment Methods
The applicant will be assessed on the basis of the written coursework's and assignments.
Progression
After the successful completion of (Postgraduate) Diploma in International Human Resource Management (60 credits) students can progress to Extended (Postgraduate) Diploma in International Human Resource Management (120 credits) or apply for MBA (Top Up) degree at selected UK Universities.
Please note that students must fulfill the University entry requirement to be eligible for studying MBA (Top Up) degree.
